- At the beginning of the session (1st term), parents are to come with their children on the day of resumption or before resumption. The weekend before resumption, parents can come on Saturday 10 am – 5 pm and Sunday 4 pm – 6 pm if they will not be chance on the first day of resumption.
- E-notes (all subjects) and textbooks (English and mathematics), must be gotten before resumption i.e. during the holiday.
- Students are expected to make full payment of school fees on or before resumption, if there is an extension it should be paid on the Monday of resumption at the maximum.
- All students are expected to resume with a decent uniform, sportswear, Friday wear on black or blue jeans, black shoes, black socks, and a belt.
NOTE: Tattered/crazy jeans or jeans with beads are not ALLOWED - Students must abide by the code of conduct (rules and regulations) of the school and parents must be available to sign for their ward(s).
- A mathematical set, pocket dictionary, calculator, and graph note is compulsory for all students.
- There is no arrangement for make-up examinations, any student who misses any examination would be responsible for it
- Students with any health condition or any symptom of sickness should stay at home.
- School fees receipt is not allowed to be posted on the parent platform, the platform is strictly for information.
- Students are to comply to wear the right uniform for each day of the week and hairstyle (every 2 weeks).
- Dirty uniform, torn uniform, tattered uniform, and rough hair will not be allowed, the student will be sent back home.
- A student who doesn’t meet up to the school admission requirements or promotional examinations i.e. 40% in the written entrance exam/ promotional exams will be advised to join extra lesson classes till notable changes are seen.
- Students are to get Scrabble and chess games for their extra curriculum classes.
